Companies which are planning to go public or planning to list on the Exchange through Secondary Listing must satisfy listing requirements prescribed under criterias, guidelines etc. set by the Exchange.
Post listing, companies must comply with listing requirements on a continuous basis with the various provisions of the Listing Agreement which inter-alia includes Corporate Governance & Corporate Social Responsibilities requirements.
