SEBI Order against Shri. Jimmy Gazdar in the matter of Cochin Malabar Estate and Industries Ltd.
SEBI vide its order no: CO/IVD-1/1465/300/2009 dated October 28, 2009 has ordered that Shri. Jimmy Gazdar (PAN AAEPG0228Q) shall not buy, sell or otherwise deal in securities in any manner, whatsoever, directly or indirectly for a period of one year.
The order shall come into force with effect from October 31, 2009.
