Sub: Appointment and cancellation of Authorised Persons
In terms of provisions of Rules, Byelaws and Regulations of the MCX Stock Exchange Ltd. (Exchange), the Members of the Exchange are notified as under:
Members are requested to refer to Exchange circular no. MCX-SX/MEM/ 226/2009 dated November 10, 2009 on captioned subject enclosing copy of SEBI Circular No MIRSD/ DR-1/ Cir-16/09 dated November 06, 2009.
Amendments to the Regulations of the Exchange have been carried out in line with the aforesaid SEBI circular, details of which are attached as Annexure- I.
Trading Members desirous of appointing Authorised Persons (APs) or cancelling the appointment are advised to submit their application and other documents to the Exchange as per the enclosed formats. The general instructions and checklist of documents in this regard are enclosed as Annexures –AP-1 to AP-11.
