Broadcast Interface Document to MembersIn terms of provisions of the Rules, Bye-Laws and Regulations of the Exchange, the Members of the Exchange are notified as under:
Exchange will be providing Broadcast Interface Document to members for the purpose of utilizing the information disseminated by the trading system to build software tools for analysis, risk management and decision support for their own use. The Broadcast Interface document will be made available on request to all interested members free of cost up to March 31, 2011.
The software tools developed by the member using the said Broadcast Interface document shall be used by the member exclusively for their own activities and for the activities of their clients on MCX-SX platform only. Members shall not use the Broadcast Information document received from the Exchange for any other purposes.
Members shall keep strictly confidential the Broadcast information received from the Exchange and shall not disclose to unauthorized persons or third parties. Any misuse of the facility will result in Exchange taking disciplinary action under Bye-Laws / Rules of the Exchange besides requiring the Member to stop using any information accessible by using this facility. Members desirous of availing this facility are required to submit an application to the Exchange as per Annexure I.
Exchange reserves right to modify or withdraw this facility as it may deem fit, from time to time.
