Updation of Client details in UCC Database

In terms of provisions of the Rules, Bye-laws and Regulations of the Exchange, and further to the Exchange circulars MCX-SX/SRV/121/2009 dated May 18, 2009 and MCX-SX/SRV/284/2010 dated February 03, 2010, the Members of the Exchange are notified as under:

Members are advised to update the client category mentioned as ‘Others’, if any, of the existing UCC records to relevant and correct category prior to November 1, 2010. Members may please note that the option of ‘Others’ category will not be available from November 1, 2010.

Further, the Members are also advised to verify and update the correct and complete details of the clients in the UCC database on a regular basis.
