SEBI order in the matter of Netvision Web Technologies Limited and its directors.
SEBI vide its order no: WTM/RKA/IVD/15/2012 dated April 20, 2012 has restrained and prohibited Netvision Web Technologies Limited and Mr. Bharatbhai Jivanlal Patel, Mr. Sanjiv C. Patel, Mr. Hemant J. Patel, Mr. Himanshu J. Patel, Mr. Dhirendra B. Patel, Mr. Kantibhai N. Patel, Mr. Parmesh G. Shah, Mr. Jay P. Shah and Mr. Shibu George K. from accessing the securities market and from buying, selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, in whatsoever manner, for a period of two years.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
