Admission and processing fee are one-time charge paid towards initiating membership of the Exchange. The fees are non-refundable and shall not be considered towards Base Minimum Capital and/or margin.

B. Membership Deposit Structure
Membership Cash deposit requirement shall be Rs. 10 Lakhs for the Trading Members across all the segments of the Exchange. The membership deposit will be collected in cash only .Membership cash deposit contributed by Trading Member will be considered as part of the applicable Base Minimum Capital (BMC) as per SEBI circular dated December 19, 2012 for various categories of trading profile.

Goods Service Tax at applicable rates will be payable on Admission & Processing fee.
Corporate membership may be transferred as provided in the Rules of the Exchange after 3 years.
Membership can be surrendered only after 3 years.
Prospective members may apply for membership of MSE based on the information provided in the application form, Rules and Bye Laws of the Exchange & the terms and conditions given in Membership application form on its website under the Membership Section.
Members will be liable to pay Annual Subscription fees as applicable and notified from time to time.
The terms and conditions of Membership, fees and deposits are as decided by the Exchange and are liable to change from time to time.
